Can I get seat in a good architecture college with JEE Mains paper 2 score of 203 marks and 17k rank?

Yes, you may get a decent seat in some of NITs with these marks but you will get them only in the last rounds.

Sorry to say but with a score of just 203 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 I don't think you will get admission in any good college.
