In eastern NITs, you will get. But, they are not of good standards. It's better to prepare for one more year or otherwise try to go for local colleges. You won't get in top 25 NITs in any branch.

Every year the cutoff and rank criteria changes as per the no. of participants, the difficulty level of questions and so many other factors which college does not reveal. Still as per the previous years cutoff criteria, we can assume what can be this year's cutoff criteria. Because it's generally near to it.
