Can I get selected if I (NC-OBC category) perform well in the GD-PI? I've got 86 percentile in CAT and have 12 months of work experience.

Hi Vishnu, The chances of getting selected totally depends on your performance in the interview, GD, 10th, 12th marks, work experience, etc. Your overall percentile is good enough to get the GD/PI call. Prepare well for it. We wish you best of luck.
