Can I get selected in IIM A after completing a 3-years degree course in 5-years even after having a high percentile in CAT?

Since you have completed a 3-year degree in 5 years, I am assuming you have not-that-great academics. If that's the case then getting admission to IIM-A will be difficult even after getting a high percentile as IIM-A gives substantial weightage to academics.

It's very difficult. IIMs look at your overall profile. Only if you have like 99.9 percentile or so, you will be invited for the interview. They look at your class 10th and 12th school grades too.
