I do not think that you will be able to get into SJB Institute of Technology for M.Tech. with a GATE rank of 30,000:
To get admission to SJB Institute of Technology for M.Tech, you need to have passed the qualifying BE/B.Tech. Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
To have a good chance of getting into an IIT, you should aim for a GATE rank of 200 or lower.
