Can I get some good engineering colleges with 19 marks in JEE Mains and 67% in class 12th from Bihar board?

This score will not get you into any government college. So, you can either sit again and perform better in JEE or you can try for colleges that intake students on the basis of 12th percentage. Or you can always get into some private institute in case you only want the degree.
