Can I get some help regarding study abroad?

I have passed 12th with 73%. I am right now pursuing B.Sc IT and after that, I am planning to go to USA for further studies. Which exam should I give? Also, how much minimum percent should I score to be eligible for entering in the top colleges for M.Sc-IT or MCA.
