In most cases, getting a Master's degree in a new field is very possible, and while someone with a Bachelor's degree from another field may have to take a few courses to qualify for certain master's degree programs, the career shift can be done.

B.Ed and M.Ed is the continuous process if people wanted to they can do. But I didn't get my answer properly.
