Can I get SPA, BIT MESRA or NIT in B.Arch with my JEE Mains paper 2 rank of 1135 (OBC rank).?

    Yes, you will be able to get BIT Mesra and NITs and SPA may be a good stroke of luck. BIT Mesra is a good institute for architecture as well if you don't get SPA.
