You can apply with your scores. You would be required to perform well in the PI to be selected for the course. As the selection is based on scores and PI both.

SP Jain focuses a lot on you overall profile. It looks at your overall personality along with the score and past academic. It may be a little difficult with your past acads. But if you have good stories to tell and can score exceptionally well in cat, you have a chance.
