Can I get stipend from MHRD during M.Tech if I join SPSU University, Udaipur without counselling? I am a GATE qualified.

    As per the SPSU Prospectus the admission in M.Tech courses are done through the SPSAT entrance exam. Hence the GATE stipend is not applicable here.
