Can I get student visa of Canada for PG course?
I have scored in GRE: 294, IELTS: 7, degree: 60%, Diploma: 72.8% and SSC: 80.15%. I have 13 backlogs in degree.

You have too many backlogs, even if a university accepts you, visa chances are very risky. Even your GRE score is not considered as a good score. You should look for other country options, which are less competitive than Canada.
