Can I get student visa to study abroad? I failed in maths in class 12th board exams.
I scored 69 percent marks in class 12th in commerce. I completed my HSC from CBSE board.

Not possible. You need to clear your exams first to be eligible to apply. Moreover you can apply for study visa after you have the acceptance letter from the college abroad, so if you don't clear your exams no college will accept you. Take gradual steps and slow down.
