Can I get study visa for Canada? I have done B.Tech in ECE in 2015 with 11 backlogs all cleared within course time.
I have scored 7 bands (listening 8.5, reading 7, writing 6 and speaking 5.5) in IELTS.

I'm so sorry to say but you can't study in Canada with 11 backlogs because 5 is the maximum number accepted.

Hello,
11 is a big number. More than 5 is not easily accepted if you are applying under SPP. Try for Australia or Europe.
