Can I get telecommunication branch? Which branch is better among telecommunication and chemical? My COMEDK score is 84.

I am a telecom engineering student of BMSCE.
if you are confused whether to choose chemical or telecommunication engineering in BMSCE. i would suggest you to choose chemical engineering because
1) very strict department
2) The portions aren't finished on time and most of the time is spent on seminar
