Can I get the admission with low percentage in B.Tech?

I got 62.09% in my B.Tech mechanical. Can I get the admission in Germany with 62.09%.. .

Dear Yuva, Your question is not complete, you need to rewrite it because you have not mentioned which course you want to pursue, what Examination you have cleared, how much have you scored etc. Admission in foreign countries depends on various factors.
