Can I get the best deemed university for aerospace engineering with my percentage above 93% in my 12th standard?

I m studying +2 at present. My dream is to become a scientist in aerospace engineering in NASA or ISRO etc. or to get job in NASA or ISRO. Definitely, I will get above 93% or 94% in my +2 standard. Can I get seat in Best Engineering Universities for Aerospace?

You have talent to become an aerospace engineer. You are advised to appear for JEE to pursue aerospace or aeronautical engineering at IIT, IIST and PEC University - Chandigarh. You can also appear for Manipal and Amity Universities entrance exams.
