Can I get the best government engineering college?
I have scored 29 marks in JEE mains and 86, 86, 92 in PCM.

Pitam ! you may not get admission in government institute as their cutoff is little high but dont worry there are some premier private institutions that are doing equally good as top government agencies.These institutions along with assured placements also provides various industrial trips,projects,

Not possible but yes you can apply for IP ,UPTU, UPES etc. They have their own selection process.

You won't get any college with such a low marks. I would suggest you to prepare for the entrance exam again.
