    Yes, you can get the call letter but it will depend on your branch or campus.

    Yes, you can get a call letter but you cannot get admission at the main campus, since those who got the ranks between 1-70000 are only called for counselling.
    Attend the counselling and try which campus and courses you can get. Also, use the rank predictors for more accurate result.
