Yes you can get jobs but not all companies will allow you , you have to start from small but don't worry after getting experience your experience will matter most

if you want to do btech than CSE branch is the best after btech you can do mtech recruiting companies depend upon your college , else you also post your resume on different job sites like monster.com , naukari.com etc
