No, for a chemist shop you must complete B.Pharma or D.Pharma.

D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy)/M Pharma / B.Pharma to run a chemist shop. If you want to take admission in the first year, then admission will be based on class 12th. You should have 50% in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) or physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) and you'll have to qualify NEET. You can consider below-listed colleges for pharmacy. Bombay College of Pharmacy - Mumbai
    Lovely Professional University - Jalandhar
Maharaja Sayajirao University Of Baroda - Baroda
Birla Institute of Technology - Ranchi
    Goa College of Pharmacy, Panaji
    Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi
    University Institute of Pharmaceutical Scienc

You need a B.Pharm degree. Otherwise, employ a B.Pharma graduate, but the license will come under his name.
