Can I get the list of government colleges in Delhi to pursue Diploma in maritime engineering?

In Delhi only one college is good: international maritime institute ltd. but in my opinion, you should do this course in coastal areas like Tamil Nadu, Goa, Maharashtra, Odisha, Gujarat and many more because doing this course in coastal areas will give you more of practical knowledge and will enhance your skill more efficiently.
