Can I get the student visa? I want to study Bachelors from Canada, but I have three years of gap.

You might get university admission, however you will face problem during the visa process. Visa officers usually don't grant visas to students with education gap.

You go to SPP of Canada in google site and check all requirements,when I check this site then you should have no problem of 4 years gap.
