Can I get the student visa of Canada or USA to pursue graduate Diploma course?
I have scored 6 band in IELTS.

It is either a Diploma or a graduate certificate. Entry requirement for Diploma courses in Canada is 6 bands with not less than 5.5 in any module and class 12th passed.
Entry requirement for graduate certificate in Canada is 6.5 bands with not less than 6 in any module and a 3 years Bachelor degree
