Can I get the student visa of Canada?
I scored 6.5 band in IELTS and 60 percent marks in HSC in non-medical stream.

You can apply, check university's websites for admission requirements and application procedure. There is no visa guarantee, it will depend on your overall profile, career plans, interest and overall intention of studying.
