Can I get the student visa of Canada with 15 backlogs?
I have 10 Backlogs in Diploma and 5 backlogs in BE. My CGPA in Diploma is 5.77. In BE, my CGPA is 7.12.

The visa officer approve only those applications, which reflect strong academic background, so 15 backlogs will not work in your favor.
