Can I get the student visa of New Zealand?

I have scored 5.5 band in IELTS. I have done electrical engineering.

It is difficult to say on the basis of your IELTS score only. You must concentrate on the application submission, submit it before deadline. You cannot apply for visa without receiving admission offer from the college. 5.5 is indeed low but you can retake or get into an ESL program, you can find thi
