Can I get the student visa to pursue my higher studies abroad?

I completed my B.Tech with 6.01 CGPA. Also, I worked as a trainee in insurance domain at an MNC for six months after graduation and passed a lone insurance paper. I had around 20 backlogs in B.Tech.

You have not specified which type of visa and for which country you want to apply for the visa. What is your purpose to obtain a visa? Without this information, it will be difficult to answer your query.
