Can I get the syllabus for IIMC with sample papers?

The CUET-PG pattern for IIMC Entrance Exam or Mass Communication and Journalism paper (paper code - COQP17) is explained in the table below. 

For PG Diploma in Journalism (regional languages), the results will be published in the form of PDFs on IIMC's official website. Candidates must look for their names in these PDFs to check their respective results. The results will be published in the form of a merit list and it will only mention the registration numbers and names of candidates shortlisted for admissions. 

The CUET-PG results for IIMC Entrance will mention th following details.

• Application Number 
• Mother's Name 
• Father's Name 
• Category
• Gender 
• Date of Birth 
• Photograph and Signature 
• Test Paper Code 
• Subject Name
• Mark Obtained
• Total Marks 

Since, IIMC admissions are based on CUET-PG, the test results will be available on NTA's CUET-PG portal. It will mention the paper codes, subject name (Mass Communication and Journalism for IIMC Entrance), examinee details like roll number, application number, etc. and the marks obtained. Candidates must use their application number and dates of birth or password to log in and check their results. 

The CUET-PG application fee for IIMC Entrance has been increased in the year 2025. The category-wise new application fee is as follows. 

For each extra paper, applicants must pay an extra fee. For General category candidates, it is INR 700 while for all other categories other than that for international applicants is INR 600. While international applicants must pay INR 3500 for each extra paper from this year onwards.
