Can I get the top colleges in Chennai or Coimbatore?

My cut-off is 173.5 and my ranking is 12685. Also, my community ranking is 1085.

    Yes, you can get Anna University. But, you won't be able to get core courses like CSE, ECE, EEE, etc. In Coimbatore. You have chances of getting PSG in courses like CSE [SS]. Try best at counselling.
