I have got 6.5 band score in IELTS (S-7, R-6.5, L-6.5, W-6), 49% in graduation, 70% in 10th, 75% in 12th from commerce stream.

Hi Guljit, If you are applying for a Master's degree or a PG Diploma, you are not eligible with 49%. You can apply basis your class 12th and Bachelor's degree. I will advise you to send an email to some universities before applying.
