Can I get the visa to pursue Master of engineering from Ottawa as I have gap of 1 year in between my education?

I have completed my B.Tech in electronics communication and engineering in 2015. My over all IELTS score is 7.

One year gap is acceptable by most universities as long as you are able to provide solid reason behind the break. You first need an offer letter from any university in Ottawa confirming you as an enrolled student, only then will you get visa. So don't worry about the visa right now, focus on getting admission abroad first.
