Can i get through NIT Surthkal ECE,CSE,MEC,EE branches ? I scored 80 marks in JEE Mains (OBC) and 96.4 in intermediate from AndhraPradesh.

Based on my knowledge, i fell its almost impossible for you to get into NIT Surathkal in any of the mentioned branches. This is because the home state quota doesn't apply for you. Hence a much better rank is expected.
