    Hi
    Glad to meet you!
Yes, Students can pursue two-degree programmes simultaneously either from the same university or different universities. The University Grants Commission (UGC) on 13 April 2022 issued new guidelines to allow students to pursue two academic programmes simultaneously at higher education institutes recognized by it or statutory councils or the Government of India.

Hello Farhat, Yes you can go for LL.B. After B.A. You can get details about college giving DLP and join them. Also your query about 2 courses at a single time. So if one is a regular course and one is a Diploma you can do it also one from a regular course and another from Open University is possible too.
