Hello Siddharth, https://www.mica.ac.in/postgraduate-programme/fees-and-financial-aid Please go through this link to get an idea about the fees in MICA. The fees for 2018-20 are approximately around INR. 18.5 Lacs, although that is subject to change over the years.

The programme cost for two years, including tuition fee, residential charges (Boarding and Lodging) etc is Rs 16,50, 000 (approximately).
