Can I get transfer in diploma (Semester 2 to Semester 3) from one government college to another?
I am doing studies in Government Polytechnic, Rajkot (Sem 2) and I want admission in Dr. SS Gandhi College, Surat. Can I get it with 79.90 PR in 10th. How can I take admission?

Dear Vasu,
It is a little typical to transfer from one government engineering college to another but if you will get good marks in the 1st-year & you have a genuine problem then you can easily change by submitting an application. Also, both colleges should agree.
