Can I get transfer into any engineering college in Mysore for 3rd semester?
I'm studying 1st semester BE civil engineering in BMS college of engineering and I'm facing lot of transportation problem.

You are not allowed to place a transfer request for 3rd semester. You have a chance of changing the college only after 4th semester, i.e. , from 5th semester, you may change the college.
