I have 57.4% in 12th and am studying B.Sc biotechnology from Haldwani. It's my 1st-semester and I need a transfer.

Yes, of course , you can transfer from Nainital, you have to take college leaving certificate, if there is any vacancy in your desired college,y ou may get a seat easily.
