Can I get two degrees at the same time like B.Sc in maths and B.Sc in statistics together?

I want two degrees in B.Sc i.e. in math and statistics together.

The UGC does not allow a student to pursue two regular degrees at the same time.

No, I did not want two regular degrees but I want a regular and another non-regular
