No, you cannot get an UG Diploma at NIEM Delhi with 75 percent in ICSE board. ICSE is not required for admission to NIEM- National Institute of Event Management Delhi for undergraduate courses.NIEM Delhi is a private event management institute that was established in 2016 as an autonomous event management institute in India.
