    Yes, you can get VIPS with this rank. I am telling you after seeing the pattern of the past 2 years.

    Generally VIPS cut-off ends in 1000 nearby it goes to 800 and picks up the cream students. You can wait for other colleges to pitch you for counseling in the college according to the IPU rules.
