Can I get visa for Canada to pursue my post graduation? My profile: 10th-65%, 12th-60% and BBA- 64%.

I have 2 year gap. I have done my graduation in May 2014. I have a band of 6.0 in IELTS and I am looking for Lambton college, Toronto for graduate certificate in marketing sales.
