Can I get visa for New Zealand?
My PTE academic score is 46 with the distribution in writing: 51, speaking: 42, listening: 43 and reading: 44.

Hello Prabhdhyal, before you apply for the visa you must
1. Meet admission requirements and Apply to a college
2. Receive acceptance from the college.
You can apply for the visa after this. Abouts the PTE score you must check the requirements on the college websites as it varies. You must check
