    Yes, you will be able to get a seat in computer science. You will fall in category 2. You have to attend the counselling on the assigned date. I would also suggest you check your emails regularly. You will get detailed information through emails only.

    Not possible. But there are chances that you might get in CSE with specialization courses as most of the CSE seats will be filled within 3k rank.
