Can I get Welingkar/IES/MET through MMS (institute level seats) as my MAT score is 98.5 percentile?

    Yes, in IES, you have good chances without any ILS. You got IES in next 2 or 3 or 4 cap rounds. For MET, you can go for ILS and there are good chances for the same. For Welingkar, there are very low chances even through ILS.
