Can I give 12th science again in July 2017? I have got 48% in PCB and I want to pursue MBBS.

Yes, definitely you can appear the improvement examination in July. And, also prepare for NEET simultaneously.

You can fill improvement form and have to give all papers again in April next year. It is good to see that, you have not lost hope for MBBS. Inspite of this score, I suggest you to take coaching classes for medical alongside your improvement preparation.
