Of course you can. UPSC CSE need only graduation if you are graduate from any college recognized from UGC and any subject you can apply for the exam. -
Shashi,yes you can. LPU is a UGC approved university and its courses are valid for higher studies as well as govt.jobs. LPU students have also availed opportunities of Placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc. through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB Interviews.
