Yes, you can appear in the AIBE exam after completing your LL. M. degree. As per the eligibility criteria of the Bar Council of India, you need to be a law graduate from a recognised university to appear in the AIBE exam. Additionally, according to Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates ACT (1961), you should be enrolled as an advocate with your respective state bar council.
