Yes, you can give AIBE (All India Bar Examination) after completing your LL. M. degree. In fact, AIBE is designed to test the skills and knowledge of law graduates and advocates, including those who have completed their LL. M. However, it's important to note that clearing AIBE is not mandatory for LL. M. graduates, but it's necessary for law graduates and advocates to practice law in India.

Yes, you can appear in the AIBE exam after completing your LL. M. degree. As per the eligibility criteria of the Bar Council of India, you need to be a law graduate from a recognised university to appear in the AIBE exam. Additionally, according to Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates ACT (1961), you should be enrolled as an advocate with your respective state bar council. There is no age limit for appearing in AIBE and you can appear any year. You will be able to practice law in Indian courts if you pass this All India Bar Examination.
