Can i give ATKT exam of 2nd year from universtiy if its college one.

I've ATKT in 2nd year and got failed in tybcom in one subject. I stay in hyd after marriage. studies were done in Mumbai from regular college. But its been almost 4 yrs i could not manage to clear my one subject of final year. and been almost 9yrs for sybcom atkt in 2 subject. Can i do frm universi
