Can I give B.Com improvement exam?
I have completed my 5th semester in November 2014 and 6th semester in October 2015. But I have got 45% marks. Currently, I am pursuing M.Com and interested to pursue MBA.

Yes, you can give the improvement exam. Just don't regret it in the end and do better.

Sir, is there any gap criteria like one can only appear in it after a maximum of 2 or 3 years of gap? Can I reappear again if I score less in improvement exams?

Yes, it is possible to give B.Com improvement exams if your college allows for the same.
